Strategies for transformative discipleship

Discipleship by design.

Faith-focused foresight, operations, and support for ministry leaders. We help faith-based and community organizations build the relationships, processes, and technology that let ministry endure and multiply, for seekers and the saved alike.

How we help

Four pillars of an enduring ministry

We assess every dimension of operational excellence, applying a hybrid Systems-Thinking and Human-Centered Design model to understand and implement initiatives that enhance organizational longevity and maximize discipleship. Our charge is Luke 1:17, to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.

01

Culture

Strengthen relationships, processes, and technology to cultivate a discipleship-driven culture, a cornerstone of our mission, encouraging member and community engagement.

02

Community

Foster community through optimizing in-person and technology-driven processes to drive connection with members and the greater organization.

03

Vision

Support the church's vision to ensure profitability and drive evangelism and community activism.

Our approach

Systems thinking for the structure. Human-centered design for the soul.

We believe in the power of being intentional and relational, ensuring every interaction has impact and meets people where they are, thereby crafting a community of disciples and fishers of men. Help gets a task done. Make ready gets a people ready. We should not automate shepherding. We should make room for it.

Help
  • Gets a task done
  • Reacts when someone has left
  • One tool at a time
  • Something you use

AI in ministry

Wonders, warnings, and woes

AI has the form. It does not have the breath. Our talks and workshops walk leaders through what the tools can do for the church, what to guard, and what they must never replace.

Wonder
  • Study prep and discussion guides, one sermon reaching further in the week
  • Bulletins, minutes, and schedules drafted in minutes
  • Live captions and translation, grant drafts
  • Notice who is drifting, follow up with every first-time guest
Warning
  • AI invents Scripture with total confidence. Check every citation
  • People review every word before it goes out
  • Know what the system can see and change
  • Data about members is data about souls. Ask before you track
